No @'s.  The print has supposedly been 'dd'ed on UNIX before NDM.

Don't ask me how an AFP got on a MR in the first place.  But that is where it 
is.

We are trying to NDM it to the MF and it is getting corrupted even though it 
has been converted to ASCII and shipped up to the MF as binary.

Does it print a lot of @ symbols?  That would be the printer is set to
ASCII and you are sending EBCDIC.
