The edit profiles individual rows in the ISREDIT table. You can manually 
deleted by using ISPF TEST, option 4 (Tables). But the table is not "keyed", so 
you must search it for the proper row number to delete. 

Well, I "lied" a bit (if "not 100% complete truth" == "lie"). ISREDIT is the 
"normal" table name, but the ISR prefix can be different if the ISPF 
application is not "ISR". Eg, when you edit in SDSF, the prefix is ISF instead 
of ISR. So the table name is then ISFEDIT. In general, it is abcEDIT where abc 
can vary.
