A simple calculation of physical CPU usage using SMF-70 :

        100*(SMF_interval_stck - SMF70WAT)/SMF_interval_stck

(SMF_interval_stck is the STCK version of SMF70INT)

You can also process the LCPU (logical CPU) sections and work out busy% using 
the following fields :

SMF70PDT
SMF70EDT
SMF70WST
SMF70ONT
