I'm trying to recall a data set migrated to ML2. The recall fails due to errors
found in either the VVDS or VTOC. Is there somebody that would be able to point
me in the right direction of investigation

Please explain why not all VVDSs catalog pointers. When doing a listcat, the
return is as follows:

Apparently this is normal.
I want to see the logic here.
