Hello, we have an DB2 unload that needs to be sorted, it has 900.000 CYLs, I'm detemining how many sortwkxx must I put on jcl to perform this...And according to my calculation using 255 sortwk files with 4300 cyls as primary allocation it will not be enough.Storage group for temporary files has a lot of free space with mod27 available.
900.000 * 2 = 1.800.000 cyls / 4300 = 419 sortwk !!!!!! Z/Os V1.12 Can you pls give me an help ??
