Thanks, I very much appreciate the post and the info. I'm going to go with caution. We are down to minimal staffing now, running completely unattended nights and weekends and no automation due to severe budget and staff cuts - a third of our IT staff is gone. If we did hit this problem, it could be ugly. I'll plan on running with PDSE only where required, and I'll pick up the APAR service.
