For former novices, once specialized, might I suggest IBMTCP-L (or whatever list exists for SNA)? Kills several pigeons with one cat, methinks. Old habits die hard. Even IBM still disclaims the completeness of their corrections to "errant" references in their products and documentation. Cut some slack. Let it go once in a while. Or at least take it up with the "offenders offline" (we don't all need to repeat the lesson).
