Correct.  And the definitions on the device are static.  Once WLM
starts re-assigning the PAVs to new UCBs, it is called Dynamic, or if
re-assigned with each I/O, Hyper-PAVs.

If you need to change I/O addresses, you can change the I/O gen to use
new addresses and IPL to use the new addresses.
