What was never posted was the actual message that prompted.

Was it IEA100A (specify system parameters) or was it one of the messages 
that ask to re-specify due to error?

Given that things cleared up when IEASYS00 was created, I suspect it was 
the latter.
The system happily took your input from LOADxx, but found that one of the 
IEASYSxx members did not exist and thus re-prompted.
(I'll ignore the fact that if it's IEASYS00 that is missing, there might 
in general be no right way to satisfy the prompt).
