Weird. Would you post your IEASYSXX member? What I've seen in the past is a 
error like:

PROG=20,
CLOCK=00
OPI=NO

Note the lack of a trailing comma in the

CLOCK=00

line. That makes the entire rest of the member into a comment! And no error 
message because it is not an error.
