I assemble and link the OTTO PGM to authorize LIB. I add ' ERB100I RMF MESSAGES ' to CPAC.PARMLIB(MPFLST00) But I didn't know how to use this PGM. Could you give me more detailed help? From context, I suppose SA means System Automation. You can use PARMLIB's MPFLST to call a program on receipt of the RMF initialization complete message (ERB100I); the program calls SVC34 to issue the S RMFGAT command (or whatever). The program can be generalized for other system automation since the message it triggers on is available to the program. In a previous barebones (z/OS 1.8. 1.9) site I used the venerable OTTO from file 332 of the CBT tape quite successfully. File 623 might be more functional, but I can't personally vouch for that one.
