When I do the same on my z/OS 1.9 system I get the following:
# ls -E
total 0
Any idea as to why I do not get the same display as my 1.11 system?
I do have Ported tools installed on my 1.9 system.
The evidence seems to suggest it is not installed in
the same location as on the 1.11 system.
maybe try:
find /usr/lpp/perl -name libperl.x
and see if it is successful.
