The IEFBR14 that lives in SYS1.LINKLIB on our z/OS 1.11 system has an assembly 
date of Dec 5, 2005, and a link-edit date of Nov. 12, 2009.

The entirety of the executable portion of the load module is still:  1BFF 07FE 
0000 0000.
