Case #1
Continuing to voice my annoyance with zOS messages. This popped
up, apparantly has been that way for some time. Big help, there are 166
lines in my IKJTSO00. If it can identify duplicate, it can tell me what it
is.
IKJ710I DUPLICATE PARAMETER FOUND IN MEMBER IKJTSO00 OF DATASET
SYS1.PARMLIB.V108
So I actually manage to find the duplicate parm by sorting a copy
of the parmlib, try a fix and I get this.... again probably true, but
could they tell me which one?
IKJ703I TSO PARMLIB MEMBER IKJTSO0$ CONTAINS AN INCORRECT KEYWORD.
Case#2
LOGINDY( +
(TS0312,SYSALLDA) +
(MTEST1,SYSALLDA) +
(TS0313,SYSALLDA) +
(TS0312,SYSALLDA) +
(MPROD1,SYSALLDA) +
(TS0312,SYSALLDA) +
(TS0311,SYSALLDA) +
) +
Doing DFDSS ADRDSSU. What message does this give?
ADR026E (001)-SETUP(01), TS0312 IS INVALID AS OBJECT DDNAME
Horse-feathers. Nothing invalid about TS0312, it is a DUPLICATE. So
what??? At least properly identify the problem
