I assume you mean "sleep 0". Fortunately that doesn't mean
"sleep forever", as some languages quirkily treat null constructs.
Every language needs a couple things:
o A no-op (IEFBR14, /bin/true, whatever)
o A lexical convention for comments.

Yaaay!. But only half; see my previous ply. Now what we
need is "address SH". I'd gladly accept the return of
SYSCALLS('ON') (I never even missed it) if it enabled SH.
