Glad you fixed this earlier prototype of appbasic which had
accidentally(?) been pushed to Jake. The copyright year of some files
haven't been updated. Otherwise, this fix looks good to me.

was missed. I notice it while looking at the existing tests. I took the
opportunity to improve the javadoc and update appbasic test to serve as a
simple example of AbstractResourceBundleProvider.
