Masayoshi, test/java/util/ResourceBundle/modules/appbasic is not run because appbasic.sh was missed. I notice it while looking at the existing tests. I took the opportunity to improve the javadoc and update appbasic test to serve as a simple example of AbstractResourceBundleProvider.
