To prevent the nouveau module from loading up unnecessarily each time, just add the line "blacklist nouveau" to the end of /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf . Then you won't have to remove nouveau after every acpi_call to turn the dGPU off. > > Joaquín and Aurelgadjo!!!
