RE: Minor bug in InstallShield version of Hugs98

Daan has built a new version of the InstallShield executables
that fixes these cosmetic problems, and these are now in place
on the Hugs 98 download page.  The content of these files is
otherwise unchanged, so you shouldn't feel any pressing need to
download these new files if you have already have the old ones.
