Minor bug in InstallShield version of Hugs98

I've just installed Hugs98, May 1999 version, on a new PC.
I used the Hugs98.exe InstallShield version, pulling
it from the ~mpj/Hugs98/ web page.

2 problems (both cosmetic, I believe)

1. The spatter screen says May 1999, pre-release.
This is the real thing, not the pre-release.

2. The license agreement is formatted badly. Newlines are ignored;
possibly a Unix/Win return convention problem.
