However there is one issue: Around the lines where the images are stitched 
there is a darker region. Caused by vignetting of the lenses? How can I fix 
this?
I attached the project file I used as a template for my batch stitching. If 
required I can provide sample images.

Another issue, I'm not sure if there is a relation to the one above: The 
preview window is looking weird, see attached screenshot.


A fisheye with a field of view of 220 deg looks "fishy". A fisheye should 
have a hfov < 180 deg. (Except there is essential black border in the 
images.)
Maybe another lens projection works better for your cam/lens.  But without 
suitable images it's difficult to say.
