Same symptoms here on Windows 11 with BitDefender, so I guess the anti-virus is not the cause. I reran the installer, chose "Repair" and exiftool.exe appeared in exiftool_files. Strangely, the installer now wants me to reboot my laptop. Sorry, but I can't reproduce the issue here. It works fine for me. If somebody has a hint, it would be welcome. Thomas PS: The format of the exiftool executable change recently. Before it was only one file (which was extracted during running.) Now it a small executable with all other files in exiftool_files subdirectory. Not sure if this triggers at least on some computers the problem. -- A list of frequently asked questions is available at: http://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_FAQ --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
