Yes, I modified already some lines to get further.
The lines with error " C2057: expected constant expression" are (all in
skyfill_tif.c):
float sum_h_by_row[n_max_rows] ;
int n_h_by_row[n_max_rows] ;
uint16 *output_buf[IMAGE_HEIGHT] ;

Yes, a constant degree per pixel in horizontal and vertical direction has
only the equirectangular projection. In cylindrical this holds only true
horizontal, but not vertically.
