To get rid of the error with the rev.txt file, create a text file rev.txt in the directory ~/programs/hugin++-2021-1-1-source/ with only the following content (one line): 06.10
Further, you must install wxWidgets and some other libraries. Unfortunately, I have limited experience with Linux and didn't compile Hugin or Hugin++ on Linux yet.
