The Hugin photometric optimiser will try and equalise the colour balance, so a 
green tint in one photo will result in a slight green tint over the whole 
panorama.

To fix this you can enter red, green and blue parameters for photos directly. 
Or just use the 'grey picker' in the preview window - click on objects that 
should have a neutral colour, such as clouds or white painted objects, and 
Hugin will rebalance all the photos to make them actually neutral.
