I am a newbie. I am running Fedora Core 6 on an Athlon 3200. When I attempt to install HPLIP I get following messages.
missing required dependency: python-devel error:package install command failed with error code 1 Then, using yum, I attempted to install python-devel. Download from repositories was successful howver installation failed with following message- error:python-devel conflicts with python<2.4.4-1.fc6 Any suggestions would be appreciated.
