First I think the type of integration we would need between ORM and Search is faaaaar off in the future. If it even makes sense. Also the '~' has a very specific funtion in full text queries as well. Fuzzy query in the Lucene world. So using '~' as a general full text search operator seems wrong from that perspective as well. --Hardy
