Hi,

I've had this with my laptop occasionally. With my laptop if I hold the power button down to hard reset, then keep holding it there is a further reset (the led blinks). tbh i'm not entirely sure what it's resetting, something to do with power or memory... razer doesn't really say and i haven't dug deeper.

But doing that always fixes this stall-on-boot after power outage or other dirty reboot.
