I agree this would be a good feature to have, at least for report promises if nothing else. I suppose the best solution is a mail list or shared inbox at this time. A creative option of course is your own mail server (haha I know...). Our CFEngine emails go to a generic email that ends up on a postfix server with procmail rules that forward them on as Nagios checks.
