Sorry for the multple posts, but I don't want to be giving you bad 
information... As I said, we use Nova.  Your milage may vary with 
Community... I see no mention of bootstrapping clients (so far), but you 
may want to check out Section 7.3.3 Key exchange. of the Cf3 Concept Guide.

Also, I see Nick Anderson has responded with failsafe.cf and update.cf 
for your enjoyment.
