To avoid the the clients connecting to the server while the server is
restarting stagger the schedule.
body executor control {
policy_host::
schedule => { "Min05", "Min25" };
!policy_host::
schedule => { "Min15", "Min35" };
....
I've never seen the MAX_FD error so I can't help you there.
