There is an application we manage that requires a nightly restart. The restart can only occur after a specific file is zero bytes. This function would allow me to set a class that would control a process promise. The file itself is a sort of transaction log used by the application. So I would have nothing to compare it to. This would be great as right now I have to call a module that essentially does the same thing.
