During the convergence phase, when cf-agent is run, a module may be called several times. Depending on the module, perhaps this is desirable, however I have specific cases where this is meaningless. Can someone shed light on: 1. How it is decided that a module is called again, and again 2. How it is possible to override this behaviour and have cf-agent call the module at most once per call to cf-agent.
