Aaron, The only suspicious thing which I've noticed here is that usage of @(IT_DEV_CF3TEST) for defining the IT_DEV class. Did you check out the output of cf-promises -v for the classes defined? Since I don't see any definition for "cf3server_1", "cf3client_1", and "cf3client_2" classes, I suppose you refer to the hard classes (i.e. hostnames).
