After further investigation and running the sample server code found on the man getaddrifo() page. It seems that getaddrinfo on my Fedora 12 servers is only returning a single IPv4 address structure.
Any ideas as to why this might be the case would be appreciated. Hmm, just tried it on Fedora 10 and it doesn't work there either, it returns only the IPv4 address. So I have just tried it on CentOS 5.3 and strangely, it returns only the IPv6 address. I am now really confused as to what needs to be done to get cfservd to listen on both IPv4 and IPv6 on Fedora :-( Any insights would be appreciated. -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Glen and Rosanne Eustace GodZone Internet Services, a division of AGRE Enterprises Ltd.
