Consider this example.
body common control {
bundlesequence => { "test" };
}
bundle common g {
classes:
"all" expression => "any";
}
bundle agent test {
vars:
sunos_5_10::
"ltwo" slist => { "three", "four", "five" };
redhat::
"lone" slist => { "one", "two", "three" };
any::
"x" slist => { "@{lone}", "@{ltwo}" };
reports:
all::
"${x}";
}
Running on a Red Hat host produces this output:
[r...@unxxhd01 inputs]# cf-agent -Kf ./bar.cf
R: one
R: two
R: three
R: @{ltwo}
Since @{ltwo} is empty or not defined I had hoped line four of the reports
would not happend. Instead @{ltwo} is interpreted as a literal string. Is
this a feature?
Sincerely,
--
