Roles in demo-DB need review.
1) add additional admin accounts like admin_fr, admin_de etc with the
respective locale set. That may prevent people from permanently changing the
language of admin
2) review authorisations for demo users.
For example, demo_frontdesk sees menu entries (like federation) that are
completely out of scope. Same way, user sees a lot of tabs e.g. on patient
screen w/o content. Better the tabs w/o authorisation are hidden completely
Anything else? Pls. add!
