I think you did not understand what I mean. I'm talking about people who
live in two places at the same time. For example, there are seasonal
workers who move every 6 months. I don't think we can expect from the
health professional to update the record of such patient every 6 months.

By the way, it will be great if you could also answer to my others
points, this will bring up the discussion to a more constructive level.
