The RI docs do not specify the Constant field values for the three fields
defined in the javax.accessibility.AccessibleAction interface
However, the following code displays the values in those fields:

public class AccessibleActionTest {
public static void main(String[] args) {
System.out.println(AccessibleAction.DECREMENT );
System.out.println(AccessibleAction.INCREMENT );
System.out.println(AccessibleAction.TOGGLE_EXPAND);
}
}

The output is :
decrement
increment
toggle expand
Should we go ahead and initialize the fields of the AccessibleAction interface
with the values obtained from the above output ?
