Yes - logging in to :-

is no problem.
The page header welcomes me by name and there is a log out button.
The forum is there but I have no permissions. The login link next to the
faq link is inactive. No way to get in. If I log out I get a blank
screen - if I refresh it the page comes back but I am still logged in.
I've tried Linux, Windows, I.E., Firefox, Chrome.... It's broken. :-(
