On further investigation this may be a forum configuration problem.
AFAIR I have only ever used my SF login to access the forum, but now
despite being logged in to SF the Harbour User Forum shows me as a guest
with no write permissions, furthermore the "login" link is inactive, so
there is no way to gain access.
