Actually just in recent days a Hungarian OS/2 user approached
me for help. All I could do is point him to this list and INSTALL doc.
If there is anything more to say about OS/2/gcc build (like what
packages
to download/install, if it's something special), I think it'd be good
to include it in INSTALL.
For beta tools and other non-mature / experimental stuff,
doc/howtoos2.txt is fine.
