After this commit:

2009-09-09 18:12 UTC+0200 Viktor Szakats (harbour.01 syenar.hu)
  * bin/postinst.bat
    ! Fixed for dos shells. (cmdline lenght problems, end of .cfg
      extension was clipped on the longest line to .cf)

all returned to work fine.
