Viktor, OS/2 is slowly dieing, IBM stopped selling it a few years ago, from then on it is sold as eComStation by a small company. You can see it at www.ecomstation.com.
I think OS/2 is going to be more or less like AmigaOS, a love of the past for those who used it and still like it even if, today, Mac OS X or some linux distro can replace an OS/2 pc without too much problems. I think it is still used by some large company (which are moving to something else; here in Italy, for example, the mail service still uses it) and some very peculiar application, like ATMs, because of its stability and very limited resource demands.
