Maybe I'm wrong. It's possible. Just simply our older ADS RDD versions ignored the size returned by ADS client and always used fixed size. It was wrong because in such way we changed the field size in some cases, f.e. for varlength VFP character fields. So it means that it has to be reported to Extended System and the workaround activated also for other version. ADS users interested in in please ask ACE authors about it.
