I have tested sample I sent previous time but I get:
Error BASE/3012 Argument error: GETNAMESPACE

I have the same error on my side. I've fixed it (it appeared after I've
implemented GC pointers). But the problem on my side is that I do not
have Outlook. So, it could note resolve your problem. I'll try to find a
computer some computer with Outlook.
