Thanks for the feedback to all.
It seem we agree on disabling it now, and keeping it
for reference, and also to encourage 3rd parties to give
feedback on whether they use it or not. AFAIK no "major"
3rd party needs it, but let's hear them words.

Notice however that if we keep it in repository, it will
anyhow take a certain level of maintenance and attention
and this draws off some time from more important areas,
so we should reconsider this topic again sometimes in
the future.

I also hope that hbwin can one day become a good
successor of hbwhat, without the mistakes of the latter.
Windows interface is very important, especially for 3rd
parties who can easily build upon it. Also, Windows
isn't just the desktop, but WinCE, which may even be
important for those who otherwise don't use Windows
at their main development platform.

I'll disable it in one of the next commits. And if we
don't hear from any major dependent 3rd party, I'd
like to reconsider moving it to contrib/examples in the
near future, to better reflect its status (coding reference)
(it will be buildable there also).
