It wasn't an officially documented tool. Anyhow we need to stick with 8.3
for known reasons and for clarity
we should use the same names for similar tools across our supported
platforms. If it's a huge problem for many
users, we can add a compatibility link at install time for
the next few releases while putting the old name in
compatibility status, like we have done so a few times in
the past.

It's much worse inconvenience for all new users that for
Harbour compatibility reasons we now cannot compile any
of our supplied examples without specifying '-n'. They either
don't work or generate surprising errors. On some platforms
they don't even work with -n without resorting to hacks.
