No. DOS/Clipper used the 'IBM*' or DOS*/MS-DOS*
codepages, which are also covered in Harbour
(albeit not always with a fully Clipper compatible
collation).

There may be products which used/uses Windows
codepages and we'd like to be compatible with
(like XBase++), but solely for Clipper compatibility,
Windows codepage is not needed.

Nobody get me wrong, I have no problem at
all with Windows codepages being present in
Harbour, all I'm trying to say is that they
don't represent an official standard, and
generally speaking ISO equivalents are a
superior choice.
