Ok, but for blackguard compatibilities will be needed alias ESMWIN.

I'm not sure if there is a better way to do it, but
maybe I'll just add an additional file with a new
file and old content with the sole purpose of compatibility.
This CP won't be added to hbextern to not mess up things
more than absolutely needed (which won't affect app users BTW).

Spanish language users would probably want to use ESWIN
and ESISO from this point on.

Plus information:

"Code page name" are to "Char Set" as you see some times are confused by the alias name, any people can think incorrectly that iso-8859-1 is the same than windows-1252 but are real different Char Set

Yes, exactly. Very important that ISO-8859-1 is an official
standard, while Windows-1252 is not. They are similar, but
not the same. I'd think we should encourage everyone to use
the ISO standards for best portability.
